    A while ago I predicted 5c and I have been watching it every day wondering...

    I want to see changes in the management; structure and a vision...

    This could rebuild; I like multi-year rebuilds; if the balance sheet and other factors make it a good value play.

    I want to see fight and more important I want to see the Logic. I am a huge fan of the Intelligent Investor. I want the market to come to me; I don't chase it. I want to know the why of LMB.

    What are your why's?
