    Chinese companies could be manipulating price to make a cheap takeover offer. It's what they did to bal once they announced their turn around plan in investor presentation. An offer followed shortly after. Same could happen to jat but hope it's not a lowball offer for under 200M. Would be happy with a 400m offer tho
