$1.5m in the kitty suits - only 22m extra shares so dilution not excessive.

Didnt take up my allocation because the form got to me after the issue closed - might want to think of that next time in a COVID world that 10 days from issue docs to closing the offer is crazy right before Christmas and before anyone says I could have contacted the secretary I don’t go chasing company’s to give them money.

Have a big enough holding anyway as do family who got the offer docs on closing day. The 11m leftover shares could fit nicely in the hands of another cornerstone investor at a later date.
