Ah I see where you were coming from Gravolta - I read the lot as meaning the rights issue. My reading is that they are content being minority shareholders at this stage but they could easily buy both UCL and MAK out if they really wanted to.
I wouldn't be complaining if we get a tidy offer along the line but I hope it doesn't come until we start to see value flow through.
