poor reception from shareholders, but you could have bought them on market for same price as predicted (minus option bonus).
From the sounds of it they should have allowed oversubscription to individuals so they could take them from others, but instead they'll go to the new big holder.
Shortfall nothing to worry about since only a 1:11 offer, but will be interesting to see where the big player(s) start to take it. They should have their fill and be getting ready to pump?
