Asf I think "you hit the nail right on the head" it has been puzzling me for a while: there is a much larger plan here. Once the consolidation is done at say 20 cents then there is the opportunity for the shares to drift down to say for example 2 cents. A 0.2 cent stock has no room really to drop. It will be interesting to see who ends up with the shortfall. I did not look at how many shares were actually traded at 0.3
