    Shortfall was less than 30%.1million was imo designed to get cel to the farm in stage where a healthy premium will be obtained. Given the ANC election victory and their commitment to developing shale gas,one would have thought the share would be trading well North of 10 c.Guess once the fracking regulations are released the buyers will wake up!
