It really gets under my skin how DC refers to the 'Shareholders' not supporting moving forward with drilling in Uruguay, I don't think there is a shareholder that wants to see them pack and move on. Meanwhile the statement could be more along the lines of 'we couldn't keep to our budget, timeline & commitments for an array of reasons which has lead shareholders to doubt putting more funds towards us. We will show our commitment to the project & Uruguay by honoring our commitment to signing a partner by end of April'. Cheers DC (D*&b C*%t)
