When was this CR ever a referendum on whether we should take a certain pathway to funding or surviving.

I believe DC spelt it out in the CR documents that they would be looking for a partner as well as raising cash.

DC has spun this result as if it was a vote for one thing - 'CR' - or another - 'get a partner'.

The result was neither.

It was a clear message to the executive and the board that the Shareholders are extremely disappointed and p155ed off

This announcement is a nonsense and a disingenuous attempt at the very least to deflect the real position of the company.

The tribe has spoken.
