They are almost certsnl insolvent. It’s just a matter of whether dc has enough faith in his options from here to keep the creditors from pulling the pin. The problem with raising a little cash trough the rights is that a creditor might want to make a a play to get that cash. If they pull the trigger on this now then all hopes of finding a partner go out the window. Hopefully dc is selling his bs well to keep the wolves calm.
