    "Although I have yet to receive all company documents and have been unable to undertake a comprehensive audit of the Company records, based on my preliminary enquiries I am aware of certain irregularities in relation to the Company's historic compliance with the Listing Rules."

    Looks like they are busy cleaning up after the removal of the previous board members. God knows what they will find?
