Lol.....not many of us here left....most have cut their losses.....and all of us are underwater (wont take much to rectify that but a few pips is a bit on paper)....but for a 200 man established mining camp with some corker ground its unbelievably cheap you are right....if you research the history of Edie creek you will understand....200oz a day with a sleuth prior to ww2 (alluvial mining). Sure the easy pickings would be gone but the unexplored high grade veins they came from remain....who knows what they will find with a bit of exploration, but priority agree is cash flow to fund the exploration then who knows where NIU could end up...
