    There was clearly a difference of opinion.. different ideas/culture whatever.. and if it would've come to a board vote.. they wouldn't have had the numbers to stay.

    So voluntarily step down/aside.. or be s..

    6 of one or half dozen.. much of a muchness.. unless we want to be pedantic

    Cohesion in the board is a must in any business..
