i did read that they were issued yesterday..
yet i hope they were not allowed or valid to vote today.
when previously ive been part of rights issues/ placements etc.. there is always a "time lag" between when the company issues the 3b notice and the shares end up in your account.. let alone be able to vote them.
what's to say this "professional investor" saw the great wall of buying building at .002 and decided to ring the company and offer them 100k to skip the queue??
if i had an up to date 708 form... that's what id be doing..
where NIU is going is more important to us all than who is steering the ship..!!!
