And have just discovered through ASIC documents that RR1 SOLD all its shares to Reecycle Holdings inc in October 2023 (last year) for what looks like a massive loss. $1.7 million loss from my calculations to be exact. According to ASIC, Reegenerate is now being voluntarily deregistered as of an application dated5/6/2024. So Mr Downey MUST have known this when the question was put to him at this Shareholders meeting in April 2024...
