Current Rights Issue Timetable Is Withdrawn CuDeco Limited (ASX Code:

CDU, CuDeco) advises that further to ASIC’s interim stop order of 12 February 2016, it is continuing to work with ASIC to resolve their concerns in relation to certain disclosures in the Prospectus for the rights issue dated 5 February 2016.

While the interim order remains in place, the Company will make no offers, issues, sales or transfers of shares under the Prospectus and the Company withdraws the timetable released to the market on 8 February 2016 and set out in the Prospectus.

A new timetable will be issued once the ASIC concerns are resolved
