I could be wrong but I think the announcement without question inferred that there was a commissioned machine capable of spewing out 750/t/m of solid copper ingots and that all they had to do was make sure the nuggets were clean.

A typical CDU announcement in my opinion I'm sure you would agree, Id love a judge to rule on that one,

Personally I think it was grossly misleading because any reasonable person I would have thought would have thought from that announcement that it was operational machine in addition to the plant under construction and was capable of making CDU some cash..........

Of course it made them no cash, its already being upgraded apparently to 4000/t/m and its generated $0
