Or, he could have heard it from people working or in contact with people working at the site of the greatest copper discovery of the century.
In which case it is only unsubstantiated because we haven't had confirmation from the company of the truth. In view of past history where the company hasn't been forthcoming with the truth in a timely matter, e.g.

and in view of the fact that the company has not sold 750tpm of copper billets
there is a high probability that A1Patrol is accurate with his information, IMO, members of the jury.
"Unsubstantiated" does not automatically mean "made up". Unless, perhaps, it is an ASX announcement from CDU.
