Why are we having a capital raising(86m shares A$2m).??
The Venture (very light on detail) could take up to 6mths for Cuban gov approval.
At which time the company will have zero secured debt and A$15-20m in cash.
It appears to me that this is nothing more than wealth transfer
From=the majority of Shareholders unwilling (lack of detail) or unable to inject additional funds,
To= BJ who may acquire up to 49m shares @.025c and increase his holding from 11% up to 34%
Imagine if you had to purchase on market. This dilution is totally unnecessary and unfair.
The board must act in the best interest of ALL shareholders.
