I have no argument on the merits of the Cuban venture. It may well be very good, but as yet little info.
My concern is the C.R.. we need $2m dollars. we had $11.03m at end June. However I doubt the secured
lenders would allow any of this cash to be used in Cuba. All secured lenders will be gone by end Jan 2019
(3-4 months) when the Company can use $2m of its cash($15-20m).
This would avoid this C.R. and the resulting Massive dilution and Destruction of shareholder value
