Yeah... but I suppose/hope they are wanting to hold onto what appears to be a an improving balance sheet and fund the Malaysia thing with an offer of shares + options. Sme interesting volumes!!! on the bid and sell sides and as someone pointed a while ago out this stock is tightly held. S-E asia is almost permanently on their mobile phones and very few have access to desk tops. Tempted to accept the offer to gain more traction but a little wary as I have been burnt by this sort of s#$% before.
