I don't think so Sam. The capital raise done is via options exercisable at 5c .
if the capital raise was done at 1 cents and shares could be traded straight away yes it would have dropped.. but having options at 5c this will not have a negative impact... Check AVW for example recent one. They did capital raise with options at .001.. the sp was sitting at .005. It has gone up to .006 rather than dropping down..
its a smart way of CR which sgould not impact the SP.
