IMO neither here nor there on the announcement. Kind of a shame that it hasn't gone to instos as this would get us moving a lot faster. We will be in a bit of limbo SP wise between now and when the new shares are issued.
But it is nice to be offered them. Think I will look into taking some up. The attached options are a great incentive I think.
