Attached to its approval was automatoc approval of future raisings at the same price.
they needed it to be approved so threw in a sweetener by dropping the price to 0.0016.
What happens if the sub underwriter just happens to be Bergen?
No money changes hands, they convert the balance at 0.002 and get 2 on the board for free.
