Personally I think changes on the board can only add to the restructuring of he company. However as a poster has already made the comment, 600, 000 is a great deal for them for two board seats.

Clearly, SOC required the funds to help removed the remaining Bergen notes balance as I'd imagine the take up from exsisting shareholders was never going to cut it.

SOC is now looking a much more appealing for a short term speculative investment at this point. If gold prices rise becuase of the Greece default issue then all the better as well
