Frankly I'm rather annoyed. The rights document did not state anything about shortfall / unders being covered by Lev. If I knew that I could be overallocated, I would have put a lot more $ into it. I actually tried calling the hotline before to ask specifically about this, left a message, but never got a call back. Bad on me for not following up.
