Your Q re MOU - I've read any number of sources referring to the MOU but from memory they were read at the time as I was/am a holder of AGS.

Signed in 2005 the AGS's then MD said in 2009.

"Mutz said that the opportunity to go green at Four Mile stemmed from a memorandum of understanding, signed in 2005 between Heathgate Resources and geothermal energy producer Petratherm to take power for the mine from Petratherm’s planned nearby hot-rocks pilot plant."

My own reasons are many - all speculative: the concept, the potential , PTR's JV partner, management holding, government supporting and of course the SP. If HG were to come on board it would be a win win win all around .. But I'm guessing, and so have only made a small punt on a company that could be in the right place at the right time in the current climate debate .. and at the same time be positive PR for the very private, but extremely innovative, American owned HG Resources.
