Hi sisyphus, I've done a bit archive researching and found that PTR signed MOU with heathgate 1/11/2006 ASX release,I first invested in PTR app.June 2007 this is why I didn't know about the MOU. So i wonder would it still be ongoing, as there was no specified dates in the ASX release.Plus PTR are still a long way off from generating power, at least 18 mths. IMO. Not to mention what's happening in Fukushima Japan and the effects on uranium prices, will they be extracting it out of the ground therefore needing power.I have no doubt that PTR will come up with the 5 mill either way, market and or JV with whom, is the $64,000 question.The thing is and what a lot of PTR investors are annoyed about is the lack of communication from the company and the time frame of getting things done.But that's what it's all about when dealing with spec. stocks.
