Thanks raysea and saltocan. I was aware of PTR around 2007 but have not followed it in the way one follows an active investment.
Re the MOU -whether it was binding or non binding is anyone's guess. Heathgate is extremely private, at the leading edge of innovation, always shrouded in confidentiality clauses and always bound tightly in contractual agreements. As all AGS holders know.
From wikipedia re an MOU: "It is often used in cases where parties either do not imply a legal commitment or in situations where the parties cannot create a legally enforceable agreement. It is a more formal alternative to a gentlemen's agreement."
