Only thing I can really think of with propping it near $0.02 is to try and encourage take up of the Entitlement Issue @ $0.015. You would think it probably wouldn't be too hard to assume a majority would take it up but the sub-underwriter only agreed to $1.5M so that leaves $4.5M on the other party if there is a significant shortfall ? That's all I can really think of not many other reasons that seem to make much sense. Any better scenarios ?
