From my understanding Pnina and Sholom Feldman do not directly hold any shares in CGB. Volcan Australia Pty Ltd
which Pnina and Sholom are Directors of, hold approx 189,975,000 in CGB shares which is 5.99%, would it have been more appropriate for Pnina and Sholom to indicate that they Intend to participate in the Rights Issue with Volcan taking up their full entitlement on their behalf.

If Volcan Australia Pty Ltd will be takes up the offer it would entitle Volcan to receive approx 47,493,750 shares in CGB at a approx price of $237,468,00.

In my opinion saying "Directors Pnina Feldman and Sholom Feldman intend to fully participate their shareholding in the rights issue." leaves them personally with no obligation to purchase any shares under the offer.
