    Is this what you are looking for? In the 167 page prospectus, dated 11/6/19 on page 8 and 9 you will find point 4.9 ASX Waivers. Asx listing rule 10.13.3 and 14.7 mention Pnina and Sholom. Yes, they said they wish to participate in the offer on the same terms as other applicants. This was in part why I participated. It gave me some confidence knowing the bod were confident themselves in the business. Stupidly, I put trust in their words. Ha!!! No, absolutely no way am I putting any more of my "hard earned" $$ into this company.
