I own shares in the company and I am glad to hear the company reaching out to shareholders. First time I’ve heard a company do this. Reading in between the lines, there must not be a huge amount of shareholder take up of the CR.

It’s our one way of showing whether we’re happy or not and the board sitting up and taking notice. If the board are forced to dip into their own pockets it means they have more skin in the game. Gives them more incentive to get things rolling since they have more to gain and lose.

The shareholders will take up their entitlement if they can see the company heading in the right direction.
