given the retards are still proposing to use ATI to fully underwrite it, it makes no sense to do raise at a difference price given ATI were happy to pay 3.4c a share to buy out a (now) very profitable mine for a pittance.

I personally think ATI underwriting has exactly the same issues as the initial rights issue so can't see how panel would allow it. Alara and ATI both probably happy to accept doing a smaller (less fake) raise and ATI getting 30% of the company instead of whatever they were going to get.

Still disgusting in my books
