No point paying heaps of fees for a prospectus to be drawn up and applications to the takeover panel if there is no actual binding agreement in place with the Major Shareholders which was due on the 25th September.................is there?

If it was agreed and signed, CDU would have made an announcement imo if history is a guide.

I assume they are still working on it, as their own draft timetable (draft imo because it was subject to getting actual underwriting agreements other than an indication) has come and gone.
