No dan, you are correct. The announcement is quite definite, it IS fully underwritten, it IS co-underwritten 33.3% each by three shareholders, sure, some slippage of dates can occur, but the announcement is crystal clear. The rights issue is underwritten.

Why they then say "assuming it is fully subscribed the issued capital will be ....." is strange, because as it is fully underwritten then of course it will be fully subscribed! But hey, that's CDU!!

Mind you, I won't be surprised if the whole thing falls flat for some reason and it turns out that the announcement was wrong. It isn't as though CDU doesn't have a history of promises that failed to come to fruition.
