I dont think its that simple TT - if work had ceased at Rocklands then i suspect it could be an issue but in the big picture of things in Sinosteel land CDU is only a flesh wound.

The bigger picture is the financials and the prospectus - infinitus ( whoever they might be ) have already picked up the sinosteel 33% of the underwriting . As Hot Tuna said today was the day for the financials to be released and itdidnt happen - Friday is the day for the prospectus to be lodged with ASIC ! will that happen ??? probably as much chance as NSW winning origin next year
