HOPE is all it can be Poor Investor. One certainly cannot not use words like "Confidence" or "Optimism" or "Certainty" or "lavishness" (well, unless your name is Maria).
Clearly Eck & Co (ie - THE BOARD) are no more confident than we all are. If they were...and they had the shareholders interests at heart...they would raise the $3.8m between them and make a song and dance about it to the market. Fancy going to the market for a paltry $3.8 - it really is a signal of defeat!!
Why not just raise the white flag and sell it to the Chinese Distributor for $1.50 plus a coffee?? FFS!!!
