I heard the phrase average down mentioned . Charts look and are terrible going back in the years . Its seem many should of taken this as a tax loss some time ago , do you think its going to get better now what is different . Now with a CR so they are going to have about $8 million in $$$ with around a $11 million market cap which could be around $9 to $ 10 million by the time the CR is complete . Prior to this CR the SOI is 127 million which is not that much but it does make the sp performance all the more horrific for long term investors .
