    I would say things are dire and whilst there is some value in the share price they will raise funds to keep them going for another 12 months. This share has no value and this capital raising (like all the others) will not ever make any of the shareholders any money....be wary people this stock is going way south of 7.5c unless they pull a rabbit!!
