Ann: Rights Offer Closes Oversubscribed, page-14

So..did anyone apply for extra Shares than allocated & receive them as yet...? I was issued just $8 worth of Shares (break even now $2.33) & have received nothing of the extra Shares that I applied for at all..in all the years that I've been a part of hundreds of these Company raisings, I have always received any extra even after scale backs at exactly same time in my account & they have been fairly disbursed as in big holders received same % as small holders. Are they still sorting through scale back amount or does their 'sole discretion' mean their buddies got the lot?

As a result of the over-subscription under the Shortfall Facility, the directors of the Company will scale back the allocation of New Shares to Eligible Shareholders who participated in the Rights Offer at their sole discretion.
