It reminds me of a company many years ago. It was called the Gunna Mining Company .The company was run by a family who ran it poorly, and they copped a bad name , and people lost a lot of money .There were fistfights at the AGM, and a dispute with the Tax Department. Family members also sued the company.
From all this, they learned to operarate at arms length . And to get a front man and at arms length board. They then did family business in the backgound .
They paid the front man a rediculous amount of money , to head this 'gunna do this' and 'gunna do that' company .
They announced they were going into production about 3 years in a row . They churned and burned shareholders , brokers, financiers.
They also created 50 billion shares, and racked up 92 million in losses . They were always on the verge of some big deal that never eventuated.
Thank goodness we don't have companies like that anymore .
