Do they not have to pay the court costs of the previous appeal before they can lodge the next one?
I am still hoping that this current appeal will be thrown out and that future appeals will not be accepted.
There need to be some common sense in the court system and not following blindly the law without taking in consideration the alternative motives of the applicant.
