Mr Q, So when this gets thrown out of Federal Court, is there any higher authority that these individuals can waste taxpayers money with?
I feel VMS is building a very strong foundation legally and with the local Tasmanian people. VMS have also had time to plan the correct methods to implement their mining operations whilst taking care of and rehabilitating the surrounding area.
IMO once these expensive (for the taxpayer) court reruns are finished with, VMS will return to strong market support.
