Thanks for that article at least some common sense is returning to this debacle.
Now I like to see the judge to trow out their appeal and we can leave this behind us and focus to get this company back to mining.
But I would like to see Venture to go after their legal costs and after 9 months production delays and not being able to catch the high iron ore prices of the time.
