Unfortunately the costs that may be awarded to VMS are just the legal costs and VMS costs of attending the action. Of concern would be TNC capacity to pay. This concern may spill over to whether the appeal is granted.

Opportunity cost etc is a separate type of action. I would doubt VMS would consider it, though many shareholder would like them to, and I bet more than one shareholder would like to take action individually. Again, ability to get your money back would be unlikely anyway.

Reality is if this thing does get going, and share price goes to 35c or more, most shareholders will probably just move on.
