I see a date set for the appeal hearing - Does anyone know is this for deciding whether to accept the appeal? or is this to hear the appeal?

29 July - so I guess another 6 weeks of uncertainty hangs over the company and holders.
Pleased to see the articles today posted about costs and possible personal liability for STT and Jordan - I would have expected that as entirely reasonable if their group is taking action and fully knows it will be unable to meet one of the possible outcomes of that - akin to a company trading whilst insolvent I guess.....
