Huge clean out at last major rise and sell off where time took its toll in the long orphan period, so I suspect the sellers games are limited and new stakeholders holders were just waiting for a game changing off-take agreement which has now taken place. Think major interests have accumulated and there is no benefit to them in keeping the price down and would want VMS to advance now. Its a matter now of marketing the developments, basing finance etc on future sales based on the facts to change sentiment IMO. As has been advocated very little cost in tooling up as 90% of equipment retained, laws in place, ready to go once housekeeping determined. The income flow to develop a war chest to forward other developments, particularly in WA.
