Talk about over analysis.. If you are so concerned just ring up the company..There is not much us mere shareholders can do anyway, when you invest you are effectively trusting the company directors and management.. On paper it looks a really good deal and we all know the company desperately needed the cash.. So I say let them dig the hole pull out the yellow and silver stuff, sell it and give half to our company at no real cost... yep I like it..
