    IMHO, there is a lot of downside. It will be 100% of a much smaller market cap without funding.

    If GPR does not stump up the $$ RIM needs a contingency plan - as they have minimal cash reserves. The Directors need to keep SHs informed and it is timely that a progress update announcement is made..
